Delivery
With products and services from Abaltex, customers have all the delivery options that are noted in the online shop. If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or announced delivery date, Abaltex can terminate the contract.
Warranty
Abaltex completely voids the warranty for all products.
Liability and Disclaimer
In no event shall Abaltex be liable for slight negligence, indirect and consequential damage and loss of profit, unrealized savings, damage resulting from delay in delivery and any acts or omissions by Abaltex's auxiliary persons, whether contractual or non-contractual.

The service provider commissioned with the execution is liable for defects, delays in performance and damage caused by the execution of service providers.
Payment options
Abaltex asserts all payment claims for products and services purchased via the Abaltex online shop directly from the customer. Customers can use the payment options offered in the online shop as a means of payment. The current fees are visible and are shown in detail in the ordering process.
If payment is made, the charge will be made when the order is placed.
Return
No returns are possible. Therefore, pay close attention to the description and sizes.

Abaltex only passes on those personal customer data to third parties that are necessary for the execution or payment of the order or for customer information. All personal data will be treated strictly confidential.
Partial invalidity
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or ineffective, this has no effect on the effectiveness of the remaining provisions and these General Terms and Conditions as a whole.
